Baked Pineapple |

1 3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
3 eggs
4 cups of bread cubes
1 - 16 oz can of pineapple - slightly drained
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Butter a 3 quart casserole dish, mix all ingredients
together and pour into casserole dish. Bake
1 hour at 350 degrees. The joy of this recipe
is that it is mess-free as well as work free!!
A Great Motherís Day Treat ... any day of the
year!

Ham & Bean Chili |

2 C fully cooked ham
1 med. onion chopped, 1 med. green pepper chopped,
1 garlic clove, minced
1T olive oil
1 28oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained, 1 can
black beans, rinsed and drained
1 8oz jar picante sauce, 1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 C water
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1t beef boullion, 1t dried thyme, 1t salt, 1/4t
pepper
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
In a large pan, cook ham, onion, green pepper
and garlic in olive oil until tender. Stir in
tomatoes, beans, picante sauce, tomato sauce,
and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in olives,
boullion, thyme, salt and pepper. Reduce heat;
simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Garnish
with cheese. Yield: 10 Servings
