Vision:
Just Joy! Ministries will bring life-changing impact
to women worldwide by:
- Hosting unique and creative outreaches. These
will draw in and embrace all types of women from
all walks of life. A comfortable atmosphere where
they can learn to "be good at being themselves"
and where the Holy Spirit can freely move.
- Giving hope to women as they experience Moments
of Kindness through the women of Just Joy!
- Creating a unique and successful women's ministry
that will be a highly developed and marketable prototype
for churches throughout the world.
- Personal Bible teaching is key. Like Jesus, we
will minister face to face in church services, conferences,
outreaches, colleges, women's shelters and daily
life, creating disciples.
- We are about reaching people. Using media and
technology we will leverage our efforts, greatly
multiplying our special brand of message, publishing
the gospel throughout the earth. We will write books,
curricula training materials, make TV and video
productions, interactive DVD's, CD's, tapes, an
informational-relational and e-commerce website,
newsletter/magazine, a Just Joy! Minute radio program
and more.
- Developing a Just Joy worship team.
- "Joy to the World!" Taking women on missions
trips to minister to women and children in need.

Just Joy! Ministries will:
- We will be "real" and accessible people,
open and transparent in our lives and ministry.
- Just Joy! Ministries is built and sustained by
The Lord, on the foundation of God's Word and much
prayer.
- We will function with integrity, accountability
and wisdom in finances.
- We will set the pace for unique effective women's
ministry. In all things we will have a high standard
of excellence, in no ways coming behind "the world".
- We have formed and maintained a dynamic, ongoing
fruitful relationship with a Board of Advisors.
